Paying your bills at WSCE is easy. Most payments are processed electronically and show up on your account within 48 hours or less.

We work with trusted electronic payment processors like FirsTech, Inc., MasterCard International, and CheckFree Corporation (formerly American Payment Systems). These partnerships allow us to process payments for hundreds of utility companies, municipalities, and service providers across Illinois and the country.

All you need to do is bring in your most recent bill or account number and the payment amount. Our staff will handle the rest and ensure your payment is submitted on time.
