Utility Bill Payments

For your convenience we process utility payments at each of our locations. We currently use the electronic services of FirsTech, Inc., MasterCard International, and the CheckFree Corporation (formerly American Payment Systems). We process payments for a variety of billers including but not limited to AT&T (formerly SBC), Commonwealth Edison, Nicor**, People's Gas, Cingular Wireless, and Sprint PCS. These utility payments are processed electronically. Most are credited to your account within 48 hours or less.

If you wish to process a utility payment we cannot submit electronically, it's our pleasure to submit a money order on your behalf for an additional fee. If you have any questions or concerns about our utility bill program you may email rpps@wsceinc.com.

** We have 7 locations that function as agents for Nicor. Payments made at these locations are posted to your account immediately. Reference numbers are provided. These locations are: Elgin, Downers Grove, West Chicago, St. Charles, and Villa Park.
